My background spans cloud platforms, enterprise security and hybrid infrastructures — allowing me to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable learning for both individuals and teams.
I've dedicated the most productive years of my life to Dubai and the UAE — a place that constantly pushes boundaries, embraces bold innovation, and inspires everyone who calls it home.
My Journey
Two decades alongside a city that refuses to stand still.
I started in IT when "the cloud" still meant somebody else's server room. Over twenty years, the work has moved from racking Windows boxes and wiring switches, to standing up Active Directory across multi-site enterprises, to writing the kind of hybrid identity and zero-trust architectures that quietly hold modern banks, retailers and government services together.
Somewhere along the way, the centre of gravity shifted to Dubai. And honestly, I can't imagine having done this anywhere else. The UAE adopts technology faster than almost anywhere I've worked — and that pace gave me a steady stream of real, large-scale projects to learn from.
Every certification I hold — MCT, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Cybersecurity Architect Expert, CISSP, CCSK — came out of work I was already doing. That's the same approach I bring to teaching: nothing in my classroom comes from a textbook alone.
DubaiLearns is, in the simplest terms, my way of paying forward everything this city and these mentors gave me.
Why Dubai
A city that builds the future on purpose.
Dubai isn't a backdrop — it's part of how I teach. Few places combine ambition, regulation and technology adoption the way the UAE does. Banks, government, healthcare and retail here are all moving to cloud and zero-trust at real scale.
That gives my students something most online courses can't: examples drawn from live regional projects, compliance contexts, and the kind of hybrid messiness real enterprises actually run.
I've spent the most productive years of my career here, and DubaiLearns is my way of giving back to a city that keeps raising the bar.

I started my career as a trainer, and over the years it evolved into a true passion. I find genuine joy in simplifying complex IT concepts and helping others grow in their careers.
What truly sets me apart is that I combine deep hands-on experience with the ability to teach. I've done the work myself — from laying network cables, assembling hardware, and building servers and storage, to managing enterprise backups and securing IT environments. My training is shaped by what actually happens in the real world — not just in textbooks or labs.
Whenever I need to learn something new, I explore content from multiple instructors, knowing that everyone brings a unique perspective. I apply the same principle when I teach — combining field-tested insights, industry best practices, and proven techniques to deliver a learning experience that's practical, engaging, and relevant.
